LIFT IS FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES 7-12

WELCOME TO LIFT

LIFT stands for LIFE + TOGETHER and is specifically designed to encourage students in grades 7-12 to make connections with God, adult leaders, and with each other. We think connection is really important in the lives of students. From fun games, food, worship, a powerful message, small group time and beyond, our teens will find an exciting and welcoming environment at LIFT. All students are invited to join in, regardless of their spiritual background or church experience.

Puerto Rico Student Mission Trip

July 16-22, 2023
Puerto Rico

In 2017, Puerto Rico was pummeled with two category 4 hurricanes in little more than two weeks. With nowhere to evacuate people were stranded with no power for months. Along with Mission Discovery, we are taking a team of High School students (Grades 9-12) to join with local ministries and continue recovery efforts. Join us in July for a fantastic mission experience! Cost: $2,200 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $150 that goes toward your trip is required.

The Harbor

Thursdays at 7:00-8:30 PM
September 1, 2022-April 27, 2023
Sloan Creek Campus (Fairview, TX)

The Harbor is a safe place for students (Grades 8-12) to share their struggles and be authentic and real without fear of shame, all while being equipped with positive coping skills, support, accountability, and encouragement. Our goal at The Harbor is for every student to know that they are not alone. We want them to learn how to deal with the difficulties of life as they gain confidence and understanding of who they are.

Melanie (En Español Campus)

“My life changed four years ago when I joined Chase Oaks Students. Ever since I joined, I felt like I got a family of my own. They helped me get closer to God and become a better person. Every week at LIFT, I get to worship, listen to God’s word with my friends, and enjoy my time.”

Caleb (Woodbridge Campus)

“I still remember the first time I checked out youth group at Woodbridge. I had a lot going on personally in my life and was just really struggling a lot. Over the past few years I have come to truly know God and myself, and gain lifelong friendships. I am even doing an internship at Chase Oaks this summer. I’m so excited to see what God has done in and through me.”

Callie (Sloan Creek Campus)

“I love how nice everyone is and how the pastors go in-depth to answer questions about anything. When I go to LIFT I know I’m in a safe place where I can trust everyone and be myself. Plus, there’s food!”
