1. Types of Information Collected.
The type of information we collect depends on how you use this Site. We collect two types of information about our users: Personally Identifiable Information (PII) you provide to us voluntarily and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. At no time do we disclose Site usage by individual IP addresses. Web serve logs are retained on a temporary basis and then deleted from our systems.

We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, and other third parties that require us to share your Personal Identifiable Information with them in order to deliver those services. You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed; however, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on this Site. In addition, it may be impossible to completely delete your information without some residual information because of backups.

8. Communications Preferences
8.1 Email Subscriptions. The Site allows you to subscribe online to receive information via email as it may be posted to the Site. If you no longer wish to receive this email, follow the Unsubscribe instructions located near the bottom of each email. If you send us email messages, you should be aware that information disclosed in email may not be secure or encrypted and thus may be available to others. 9.1 Age Requirement. Chase Oaks Church is committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our policy is that we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personally Identifiable Information about visitors that we know are under 13 years of age. The Site is not designed or intended to attract children under the age of 13.
