The Story

Polaroid-Pics-gray.jpg

For over 40 years, Chase Oaks leaders Vince and Ellen Ellwood opened up their home on New Year’s morning to serve family and friends a simple pancake breakfast. Neighbors and co-workers came, and many new friendships were forged. The idea spread … and there are now pancake breakfasts in multiple states because of what the Ellwoods began.
