In light of the recent Swine Flu concern, we want you to know that Chase Oaks is committed to your safety and well-being and that of your family.  We are closely monitoring the latest information available from the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, Plano ISD and Richardson ISD. 

At this point we have NO CANCELLATIONS, and our regular services and activities will continue as scheduled.  However, we want you to be aware of some of the precautions/preventative measures that we are taking to ensure your safety:

1. If you have a sick child (even if it is allergies), we are asking that you do not bring him/her to the church campus until the symptoms are gone for a minimum of 24-hours.

2. We are closing the water fountains in Kidzone and at 201 during Vibe and The Yard meetings.  We will have bottled water and plenty of hand-sanitizer available for your children as needed during those times.

3. As we do every week, we will continue to sanitize the entire Kidzone area before, during, and after services, including toys, hard surfaces and door knobs. And our cleaning service will continue to disinfect and sanitize all high-contact areas nightly.

As new information is obtained, we will review these measures and communicate any changes to you expeditiously. We want to encourage you, however, to not be alarmed or afraid, but to stay informed and follow the standard CDC guidelines for prevention.
