In April, we’ll be launching our Reimagine campaign at Chase Oaks. To start thinking ahead, we want to invite you to join our Reimagine Challenges, beginning in February! Let’s reimagine what it would look like if we leaned into healthier lifestyles. What would it look like to eat better? What if you could get off the couch and run a 5K in a matter of weeks? We have two amazing experiences coming up that we’d love for you to join! See below for more information.


Couch to 5K

STARTING FEBRUARY 18, 2024

21 DAYS TO A HEALTHIER YOU

Join us for a 21-day journey to a healthier lifestyle with experts in nutrition, fitness and preventive health. This is a 3-week, on-demand experience that takes place exclusively in our app.

About

We all get busy. With responsibilities stacking up, it’s easy to overlook the things that matter. Do you sometimes feel like your health has taken a backseat? We want to invite you to a 21 day journey with experts from our Local Good Center, who will be your guides to better lifestyle habits of eating, exercise, and overall health.

  • Who is this for? Anyone who wants to work on getting healthier this year.
  • What to expect? Weekly teaching. Daily challenges. Weekend activities. A community and coaches to walk through this journey with.
  • When will it start? Sunday, February 18, 2024. 
  • Where will it be? Within the Chase Oaks App.
  • What’s the commitment? This experience will be fully on-demand, on your own time. We recommend about 15-25 minutes a day.

COUCH TO 5K CHALLENGE

Join us for a 21-day journey as we train for the Run for Good 5K, benefitting the Local Good. This is a 3-week, on-demand experience that takes place exclusively in our app.

About

We see 5K races happening across the Metroplex all the time, but have you ever run one? In April, we’ll be hosting the Run for Good 5K, and we want you to join us! You’re invitedto 21 days of training that will move you off the couch and buildtowards running (or walking) a 5K. We’ll provide you with a weekly training plan and tips for success along the way. Regardless of what your starting point may be, we know you can do it!
