City House/My Friends House: Emergency shelter in Collin County ministering to children in need of a place to stay.

Transitional Living Program: Helping homeless adults 18-21 with a place of residence for up to 18 months and providing coaching on how to live independently. This is a subsidy of City House.

Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center: Providing safety, healing and justice to children victimized by abuse or neglect.

Plano Children’s Medical Clinic: Providing high-quality primary medical care to all children in need.

Emily’s Place: Helping to break the cycle of domestic violence for women and their children through long-term transformational care that seeks to restore faith, hope and health.

Family Promise: Providing food, shelter and support to Collin County homeless families to help them regain self-sufficiency.

Life Care Center of Plano: Offering on-site inpatient and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy via short- and long-term goals.

Wellness Center for Older Adults: Dedicated to helping older adults achieve the highest level of physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Emma’s Education Center: Continuing academic and LIFE skills training center for adults with intellectual disabilities, high school age and up. Serving Dallas County and surrounding areas.

Allen Community Outreach: Rebuilding lives in Allen, Fairview and Lucas by providing emergency assistance for families and individuals.

Samaritan Inn: Providing a comprehensive program that meets the needs of individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Collin County.
