Chase Oaks Church

Leadership is something we encourage everyone to aspire to. We have been blessed with incredible leaders that help Make it Happen at Chase Oaks! We also know that the church will lose its impact within the church, community and world if we do not continue to develop new leaders who can carry the mission forward. We have created an intentional Leadership Development pathway for those who are serving on a ministry team, currently leading or interested in pursuing leadership.

* If you are interested in serving on a ministry team, go to our website and check out the numerous opportunities. Or, stop by our NEXT area and have a discussion with one of our NEXT Guides to discover your passions and experience and help you find a place to begin serving or leading.

* We also provide a one-night discovery experience called a Purpose Party where you will have the opportunity to find out more about Making it Happen at Chase Oaks. We will learn how God has uniquely created you, help you determine your gifts and abilities, personality profile, and talk with a table host about opportunities to serve or lead.

* Leadership Orientation is for all new leaders at Chase Oaks. This is an hour-and-a-half experience with our Senior Pastor, Jeff Jones, and some of our elders and staff. We share the vision, the values, and the way we think about and live out ministry. As part of the leadership team, it is important that you are equipped with this foundational information and how you are essential to the life of our church, community and world. Next Leadership Orientation is Wednesday, March 7th.

* Leadership Lab is open to anyone interested in being a better leader because when a leader leads better, everyone wins! We want to help you develop your leadership skills for life, work or ministry. We study theology (sin, salvation, Jesus, sanctification, Holy Spirit), learn more about the Bible and increase our effectiveness through learning crucial leadership skills and practices. This is a small group format, workbook with assignments and great teaching.

* Global Leadership Summit is hosted here at Chase Oaks each year. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your skills as a leader and be challenged as you hear from global pastors, business leaders, political leaders and activists who are passionate about making a difference in the world. Next GLS is August 2012

*Vision Night is an annual event at Chase Oaks. Our senior pastor speaks with all leaders and those who are committed to being “All In” at Chase Oaks about how we are making a difference in our community and world and shares the vision for our future as a church.
