How Do I Request a CARE Team Member?

  • The CARE Team Coordinator learns of the need for care from LifeGroup leaders, other pastors, the person, a friend or family member.      
  • The Coordinator talks with the person about CARE Team.      
  • With the person's permission, the Coordinator assigns a CARE Team member to meet with the person on a weekly basis.  
        
  • The person's relationship with the CARE Team member is strictly confidential.
