Ideas for Individuals and Families
- Help a nearby senior living facility by:
1. Playing an afternoon of bingo games with prizes
2. Cleaning the facility, planting flowers
3. Creating spring baskets for residents
4. Teaching a craft - Neighborhood park clean-up, clean creek beds
- Help a neighbor or single mom who needs landscaping, or home repairs
- Make up care packages for low-income residents
- Wash windows, rake leaves or clean gutters for a senior citizen
- Help a military family in need of assistance
- Help clean a local animal shelter
- Give a "moms day out" to a single mom by offering childcare
