This person must have a strong sense of compassion along with a strong set of boundaries to talk with people in need of help. Director of ReNew Ministry (Part-Time)

Chase Oaks Church seeks a Director of ReNew Ministry (25 hours/week). Our personal lives and relationships can often feel out of control. And sometimes it’s not so easy to find a safe place to work on the mess of life. ReNew groups are designed specifically for these kinds of situations and seasons in life. The Director of ReNew Ministry will recruit and train group leaders and work with the Pastor of Pastoral Care to properly support and expand the ReNew ministry at all campuses. ReNew Ministries include ReNew Men, ReNew Women, ReNew Marriage as well as the Harbor (a ReNew ministry for Students). This person must have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills; experience in building and managing teams; and the ability to navigate grief, trauma and destructive life patterns while also helping group leaders in these situations. Motion Graphics Editor (Part-Time)

Chase Oaks Church Legacy is seeking a part-time (25 hours/week) Motion Graphics Editor for diverse, multi-venue environment with weekly attendance over 5,000. This creative and artistically minded individual will work with our internal creative team to develop and design environments and stories that impact the soul through the use of video and motion graphics. We are thorough in our team member hiring process, making sure that we hire people who resonate with our DNA and culture. We create team plans, protect team unity, and help each other become more effective team members. We also recognize that Chase Oaks is part of a broader team so we partner
with local churches and organizations who are committed to meeting both local and global needs.

We work hard, play hard, and rest well. We plan our work and work our plans (team plans and personal plans). We are intentional about having fun (staff events and team events), and we make sure we stay replenished (weekly day off, DAWG (Day Away with God) days, vacations and sabbaticals).
